Trying to get caught up today and wanted to post this one that I think is really adorable of Courtney and her lovelies!!!

I have very few photos of him because he is three 1/2 and he won't stand still long enough to take a photo, but since the cows are leaving in the morning, I bribed him into taking some photos for Grand Dad's birthday and he let me take a few so I had to post them here. Everyone is always asking about him and I never have any recent photos of him... He is as rotten as he looks trust me. I hope you all enjoy. p.s. yes that is bruise on his forehead... this is inside our barn.. and yes that is cow feed on his arms as well AND that is his Daddy's hat when Chris was a little boy, cute huh???

Home from the hospital and Kaitlin...

THANK you to EVERYONE who called, emailed, commented, and sent out prayers... I am feeling better. Not 100% yet but I was able to drive today. I still have some pain but nothing like this time last week. Everyone say a little prayer that i will recover quickly, so that I can get back to what I love doing. In the meantime, a little Kaitlin to tide you over... I am so biased when it comes to Kaitlin... sorry!!!!! What a beautiful and amazing young woman... not to mention that she is as darling as she is lovely!

Hospitalization...

Hi everyone, this is Shelley....

Julia wanted to let everyone know that if you are waiting for anything right now, it will be a little while. She just had an emergency appendectomy tonight. I just came home from seeing her at the hospital. Either she or I will update again soon. Thanks!

Yes folks this is my baby... she is 12 and I know she does look 17... she thinks that she is ugly, so someone please tell this kid that she isn't ugly... This photo and the last photo were taken at the coolest church that we found just in passing on our way to a flower shop in Daytona Beach. This church was built in 1929 and it just was so beautiful and old and well right up my alley. It had these iron gates that opened to a courtyard that these were taken in, the light was so unbelievable, and it doesn't hurt when I have beautiful models like Jessi to compliment that sweet, soft light... I shot these in the early afternoon and I never shoot at that time of day but I found a way to pull it off. I think it worked. (Thanks Tonya for the beautiful hair... greatest hairdresser EVER!)























on the walkway at Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach... we stayed the week at the Ocean Walk Resort, this was the third year that we have stayed there. It is beautiful and great for the kiddos... this was the last photo of the day we took.
